Prior to joining Building Champions in 2003, Bill enjoyed a dynamic 25-year sales and consulting career highlighted by the development of long-term relationships and high profile visibility in the real estate and mortgage industries, primarily in the areas of sales and marketing, presentations and strategic partnering.

Bill’s prior experience includes serving as the Director of Recruiting for the Southern California Region of Century 21® Real Estate Corporation and Senior Vice President of The Duncan Group, where he traveled the country speaking to real estate and mortgage audiences about high performance real estate agents.

Over the past 15 years, Bill has been the voice of the “Real Estate Performance System” (REPS) and TalkJet, monthly audio interview series that showcase top-producing agents. During that time, Bill has interviewed nearly 200 of the country’s top REALTORS®. He also has been featured in a variety of industry publications sharing his observations on the mortgage industry and what separates top performers.
