The Niles Group Core Convictions and Purpose

Thursday, May 27th, 2010

I recently took a day off to focus on my business and life plan outside of the office. With day to day distractions pulling and tugging at us all constantly, I felt it was important to take a Friday off and go somewhere quiet where I could reflect on my business and how to better serve my clients.

As I started doing some deep internal reflecting I realized that I needed to get to the heart of the “why”. Why mortgages? Why do I love what I do? Why is this a life long career for me and not a job?

The day ended with me coming up with my Core Convictions that will hopefully give you some insight into why I love doing what I do. These convictions also align well with the core values of the company I work for; Cornerstone Home Lending. If any of these convictions and values resonate with you then I strongly believe we have a excellent foundation to work together. My entire business is built around these principles.
